Stress literacy
exhausted man at desk
In order to be able to deal well with stress in everyday life, the focus is on acting in a self-reliant and health-conscious manner. It is therefore important to feel able to actively influence and regulate your own stress experience. Boost the stress literacy of your employees with targeted measures and sustainably promote their performance.
Change competence

Companies and organizations are continuously exposed to change. It is not uncommon for managers and companies to encounter fear, uncertainty, anger and resistance among their employees. Changes turn habits and well-rehearsed processes upside down. As a company, it therefore makes sense to actively invest in the change competence of employees. Change competence is characterized by a high degree of flexibility in thinking and acting, openness for new things and a quick adaptation to new circumstances. You can boost the stress competence of your employees with targeted measures.
Conflict competence

Although conflicts often trigger unpleasant feelings, they also offer great opportunity and potential. Often, difficult behaviour and conflict can be traced back to unmet needs or hurt feelings. With the help of conflict management methods, these can be empathetically identified and conflicts can be resolved in a targeted and sustainable manner. By developing the conflict competence of your employees, you sustainably promote open communication and goal-oriented cooperation in the company.
Resilience

Resilience is also called the immune system of the soul. Our mental resilience helps us stay mentally healthy, survive stressful situations and recover from stressful times. Self-reflection and other targeted methods provide a way for individual resilience to be developed. You can support your employees in this process by offering them resilience-related services.
Self-competence

Self-competence includes things such as self-organization, time competence, goal setting, planning and decision making. Various methods and techniques of self-management can support the organization of work and help to drive autonomous personal and professional development. Support your employees in their further development by offering them targeted measures to increase self-competence.
Time competence

Almost everyone knows the feeling of being pressed for time or having too many tasks for the time available. Time management techniques and methods help to structure the working day efficiently, identify time thieves and optimize one's own work processes. In this way, perceived time pressure and the experience of stress are reduced and more time competence, i.e. the self-determined use of time, is achieved. Support your employees in developing their time competence and achieve more efficiency and productivity.
Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an attitude of attentiveness which promotes "becoming aware" of the present moment. Being mindful means approaching situations with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude and consciously turning our attention towards what we are currently thinking, feeling and doing. Promoting mindfulness among your employees can help with mental well-being and finding a healthy way of dealing with stress.

Help in dealing with sexualized harassment

Woman making stop gesture with her raised hand

Senior staff as well as other employees receive support in dealing with the issue of sexualized harassment as it applies to their role in the company and learn about contact persons, options for action and processes for dealing with such situations.

We also provide support in establishing processes within the company and thus implementing a framework for a clear, proactive, solution- and resource-oriented approach.

Healthy management of absence

Senior staff such as managers, PR officers and members of the works / staff council receive well-founded support on the topic of absenteeism as it applies to their role in the company and deepen their knowledge of options for action, discussion techniques and processes for dealing with this matter.

Together, we look at your absence management processes or develop them when necessary. In this way, we create the framework conditions for a clear, goal-oriented approach.

Corporate Health Solutions - our promise to you

Demand-oriented processes with quality assurance
In order to understand your company's needs in detail, we always carry out a thorough analysis before your modules are put together. In addition, we evaluate progress together and, if necessary, follow up with supplementary measures. That is why the steering team is always an integral part of our programme. These modules form the basis for anchoring the change permanently and sustainably in the organization.

Analysis supported by modern tools
We want to find exactly the right measures for your company to support you effectively. Therefore, we not only conduct intensive preliminary discussions with you but also offer the use of modern analysis tools, such as the comprehensive Business Health Index (BHI) and other survey tools. The evaluation of the results enables a statement to be made about the initial situation as well as possible cause-effect relationships and provides indications of suitable measures. We are also happy to include in the analysis surveys that have already been conducted.
Hand points to three stars
Flexible selection of modules
The result of the analysis is a decisive factor in the composition of the modules. Drawing on all our Corporate Health Interventions, we jointly put together a programme that fits your priorities. In addition to a wide variety of formats, we offer measures at all levels of the company. They range from the qualification of your employees and managers on central topics of Mental and Corporate Health, to working in teams, establishing various corporate processes and targeted coaching for employees and managers. We offer flexible and customized solutions, depending on the priorities of the organization.

Accompanying evaluation
In order to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions, we conduct a second analysis after the first phase or, at the latest, after completion of the process, as desired. Here, we jointly consider which changes have already taken place and which areas for action are still open.
Two People dicussing
Accompaniment of the control team
The steering team consists of key people in the organization who are relevant to the process. The team is cross-hierarchical and interdisciplinary, sets up the process strategically, manages it and develops it further on an ongoing basis. Depending on the complexity, other employees are also involved as needed, and development and learnings are continuously communicated - this is how organizational learning takes place as part of the process.
