The registration process is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:
- Visit our registration page
- To verify your company’s affiliation, enter your company name and the 6-digit PIN provided
- Enter your personal email address and a secure password
- After successful verification, you can log in and use all the functions of the platform
Yes, you can use a pseudonymised email address as long as you have access to this email account. Your identity will not be revealed either by this variant or by using an e-mail address with a clear name.
Your e-mail address is required to create an account. We also use your email to send confirmations for booked online appointments (consultation appointments and digital events). The e-mail address will only be used for these purposes.
You will receive the access data from your HR department or the responsible contact person in your company. This data is necessary to ensure that only authorised employees have access to the platform.
No, your company will not find out which employees have registered. Registration and use of the platform are completely anonymous. We do not pass on any information about individual registrations or activities to your company.
Yes, the anonymity and security of your data is our top priority. All activities on the platform are anonymous and will not be passed on to your company. Our data protection guidelines meet the highest standards to protect your privacy.
If you no longer remember your password, you can reset your password here. You will then receive a link to the e-mail address you provided during registration and can then set up a new password.
