Mental Health First Aid – online course

Whether it’s the recovery position, the rescue grip or an emergency call – first aid measures are a matter of course for physical injuries and accidents. But what does first aid for the soul look like when it comes to helping people experiencing mental health crises?

This is exactly where the “Mental Health First Aid” online course comes in and prepares mental health first aiders to recognize signs of mental crisis early on and intervene skillfully. 

Our new online course is divided into four modules of 3 hours each and is aimed at anyone who may find themselves in a situation where they need to provide mental first aid at work (e.g. HR, managers, persons of trust, works council members, health managers, HSEs and many more)

No prior knowledge is required to attend the course.
